A call to IMR/Hodgdon would be in order.
Lead Forever!
The 2nd amendment was never intended to allow private citizens to 'keep and bear arms.' If it had, there would have been wording such as 'the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. -Ken Konecki, July 27, 1992
John Galt was here.
"Politics is the art of postponing an answer until it is no longer relevant". (From the movie 'Red Tails')
Your 3rd code means 1 lb. May(05) 12th(12) 2008(08) Lot 4474. This is Hodgdon's coding. A 4 or 8 at the beginning would mean 4 lb. or 8 lb.
My guess on the 1st two would be,
2003(03) June(ju) 19th(19) Lot 4465
1989(89) July(jy) 1st(1) Lot 4111
I'm only guessing, but the e may be code for the canister size.
Some time in 2003 was when Hodgdon acquired the IMR brand.
