Brownells has the .358 250 spire points for $58.49, plus the cyber12 12% discount and free shipping on $199+ orders.

They may have had free shipping on previous promo. I dont see it on this one now.

I have a 358 ar-10 with a willson 18 in. barrel and run 250 gr powder coated bullets through it , you might give them a try sure are a bunch cheaper than jacketed.

    I hear you Fitz!

About the 250gr PC bullets; could you tell me some more about your loads?

    1. bullet mold. What one? How do you do the bullets? Size and Lube, then apply the PC? Do you resize after the PC

    2. Load data. It would save me a lot of time to use your load data.

    3. Barrel. Did you buy just the barrel and gas block and tube, or a complete upper?

My thanks to you in advance,

    Rich

Hey Sharpshooter, looked up some data to answer you
    1. mould is a NOE 360-249-RN, I powder coat these with the shake and bake method , then size to .360 (but that will be determined by the throat in your barrel) no lube is necessary .
    2. Load data ( this is not a published load ) NOE .360-249-RN ,powder coated, sized to .360
    Re-loader 10x-- 26.0 gr.
    win LR primer
    star-line brass
I have used re-loader 7, and IMR- 4198 of the same weight with good results also , just slightly higher velocity ( about 50 fps )
    3. I bought a willson barrel and assembled the upper and the lower myself , I tuned the rifle with standard gas block to function with this load then installed a adjustable gas block for use with full power jacketed loads ,but with the accuracy i get with the cast bullets and seen how well it has performed on hogs and deer the rifle has het to see a jacketed boolit,If I can help any with tuning or anything else would be glad to offer assistance sent you a PM with my phone number fell free to call.

Thank You! I would be pleased to buy some of your boolits if you wish to sell 20-50. Reasonable price would work for me.

My 358 Cast mold is a NOE 360-232. It has a nice wide Meplat a d shoots mighty fine.

My "new" fav cast is a 359-220 MP mold over re7 powder @ 1850/1900 fps.

I tried a 270 Accurate and a 310 Arsenal mold. But <250 shot best. Another is the excellent Saeco 352 245g.
