    Customer Service...

It is amazing how poor it is with some companies.

I am building a pistol AR-10 in 358 Win. I have watched my nephew and his friend wrestle with respectively a 458 SOCOM and 50 BEOWULF trying to get them to feed. Not me!!

A 358 makes sense to me. Standard 308 magazine, 20 round capacity, zero feeding issues.

So, I call this company in Arkansas whose' ads show a 16" 358 chambering for an AR-10. I ask the idiot on the phone about barrel lengths. Tell him I want a 12.5" barrel for a pistol. Idiot says, "we do not offer that length...". I ask if they have a machine shop on the premises? He says "Yes". I say, "just have the machinist cut the barrel to 12.5" and rethread it.". This is pretty basic, right? He tells me they do not have the capability onsite to do that. I ask why not?
He tells me, after 5 minutes of yapping, that they do not actually do anything there except assemble parts kits. Idiots!!

    Rant over.

Or you could buy the 16" barrel and cut it and thread it yourself, right?

If you are referring to Wilson Combat they use an "Intermediate-Length (Wilson Combat Only 13.25")" gas port so it is more than just cutting it off.

Currently out of stock but they are offered here
