MML and LAM II or 450 - heater needed?

Thinking of configurations. Previously what worked well was for me to size to .460 in the Lee sizing kit, then went to an old Type 450 (I think it was - though it had a heater) with a .459 die bored out to .460. Because I would be using the luber sizer to lube only, I don't expect to be putting a ton of stress on the unit so am looking for an older 450, though open to the 4500 or LAM II.

Presume I'll be loading at 70F all year round. Does MML need to be heated to flow properly?

If it does for a bit, I use a hairdryer to start ?? Then a touch more if needed later ??
