    Vintage ammo and bullets

I've casually collected old ammo, and vintage loading components for many decades, and a friend asked me to come over and get a small amount he had also. So made a long drive over, and picked up some ammo for a gun he sold me, and he piled a bunch of old stuff in a box for me too! Here's some of the interesting stuff.

Two of these old boxes of Winchester .25-35 primed cases.

Remington-UMC custom bullets, with hand written label!

    Western CB caps.

An extremely rare partial box of .22 Swedged bullets made by the famous gun maker O.A. Bremer of San Francisco! I love this one!

Box of Sisk .22 bullets marked Lovell, and sealed.

Another Sisk .22 bullet box marked Niedner, and also sealed.

Box of Rem-UMC marked .30-40 Krag on the end, but with a Niedner Rifle Corp label on the top over the Rem-UMC label, and marked .25 Krag. Never seen a box of 50 cartridges for rifles?

A Niedner .25 Krag loading tool!

I've been "accumulating" old ammo and reloading supplies for almost 50 years. I never considered myself a collector as I only bought this stuff back when it was cheap, or when someone gave it to me. I still love it, but rarely get this stuff anymore since the internet made it go nuts.

The box label says they are .223" top center.
I have a bunch of old ammo and bullet boxes I've collected over 50 years, and I haven't seen any 50 rd. boxes of cartridges?

Nothing to do with vintage ammo, but I also got a .28 caliber H.M. Pope nose pour, double cutoff mold too!

I have an old Remington glass front store display case they gave to dealers to display Rem. ammunition in the early 1960's. It was from a friend's shop when he closed, and he never used it in his store. It has two shelves to put boxes on, and I use it to store/display my old ammo. But with the shelves being flat and not stepped much of my other ammo is hidden behind boxes up front, and a lot of it is also stacked inside. It's turned into a storage cabinet instead of a display case.
With limited space I have three old GI Ammo cans that I store more old ammo in, and have two large wooden carry cases with notches in them and dual trays inside to store individual cartridges in.
Someday I'd like to build a shelf all around the walls of my gun room and display all my ammo where I can see it whenever I'm in the room.
