WTS: Free to a good home

Non-functioning, derelict Lyman Mould Master lead pot. Model 61 from the 1950's.

The electricals are shot - I don't know what the problem is - won't heat. Even if you are successful in getting heat, it's questionable if the pot will ever work in the bottom pour mode. Original drop-rod included but notes from long ago indicate bad dripping. Presently a small bolt plugs the discharge. When last used, the pot served only as a ladle operation.

The working handle made from auto wheel lug wrench did work very well as I recall. It's included in the deal.

Must pick up in northeast Lower Michigan or pay outrageous shipping.

Edit: I hope I've made it clear that this old Lyman girl might be useful only as an anchor or window display item. My guess is the heating element and/or rheostat is/are shot dead.

Taken apart, it will fit in a LFR box. I think that is $25 now.
