Featherweight Winchester serial

Bought this brand new Winchester model 70 built by Browning and imported by BACO.

Trying to make sense of this goofy serial number in hopes of finding out what year exactly it was made.

Crazy number begins with "PTO" then four numbers followed by YY then two numbers and ending in a G.

If anyone could steer me in the correct direction for exactly what this number represents I would be grateful.

All I can find on the web is vintage rifles lookup but nothing modern.

AFAIK, the only post 2010 "Winchester" Model 70's were made by Fabrique Nationale (FN), first assembled in FN's So. Carolina plant, then recently made there.

The SN markings could be so because your FW was made after FN acquired Winchester when Winchester went bankrupt.
