Well, it’s going slower than expected. The company that’s pouring the sabots are swamped and can’t get to it till mid march.

Same thing happened to me and once to a Friend of mine the manufactures high end AR15 style weapons.
The guy that stole my idea was a General Motors Engineer at on time. I made the mistake of solving a problem in GM automatic transmissions He sold my idea and they sent the manufacturing of my product to India. It has netted him over 2 MILLION so far that I can trace and they are still being sold by the thousands every year. so i feel ya brother. We wont discuss how LED lights in cars came about may be another time.

Very glad to hear that you will keep on manufacturing these items....I have 12 and 20 ga molds I bought several years ago and I am about out of the sabots. These things work most excellent!!!!!!

    Hello everyone,

What a helluva year so far. Long story short, I was very sick with severe pancreatitis and spent two different stays in the hospital totalling 24 days. End up losing over 75 lbs.

That put a damper on things, but we’re back in track. I’m having the injection molds repaired back to 100%. There where some cavities that needed repair and the 20 ga injection mold wouldn’t close.

I’ll call the shop tomorrow to follow up. I plan on having at least 200,000 12 and 20 ga sabots poured. That should get me by for a while.

Looking to build a website so if you know a source, please let me know.

Anyway, here’s a pic of me towards the end of my first stay in the hospital. Checked in at 290 lbs. Three days after the onset of pancreatitis due to inflammation and fluid retention (I developed a cyst on my pancreas the size of a 2 liter coke bottle), I ballooned up to 321 lbs. 5 weeks later, I shrank down to 250 lbs.

Like I said, it’s been one helluva year.

Lost 5lbs off my face after I shaved.

Yikes! I hope the pancreatitis is behind you now!

You're looking much recovered in the last pic!

    Take care.

Holy Smoke! Don't be scaring us like that, Leon! You gotta' be feeling better after getting that weight off, wishing you a speedy recovery and hope that you're back to your old (healthier) self soon!

    Update:

I have a batch of wads coming my way from the injection moulding company for testing. Getting excited about this. Finally.
