The website appears to be dead, but I recently ordered new discs from former Merit exec, Ed Grant, who took my phone order and asked for a check in payment. Like the old days. Try him at 518-763-3011 and please update here what you find out.
I have one I can sell you. The rubber disc isn’t very flexible anymore but the unit comes in the original plastic case and it opens and closes as it once did. I haven’t used it since my silhouette days. Send a PM for more info.

I ordered from Ed on the phone about a year ago. The order page states that they are back in business.
