Never knew him, but his loss is regrettable. Condolences to all who knew him.
For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow. Ecclesiastes 1:18
He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind: and the fool become servant to the wise of heart. Proverbs 11:29
...Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Matthew 25:40

I met Ed at Camp Perry several times. He made the Mayliegh team as a shooter and was a builder of accurate 1911 pistols. RIP.

Oh wow, haven't seen him in years. So sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers for his Ohana.

    His service was yesterday.
Learned some thing about him I didn't know.
He never really talked about himself.
Was on the rifle team in High School.
He did serve in the Army during the Korean war.
    Was on the rifle team.
He redesigned the front sight for the M1 Garand, but didn't get any credit for it.
Distinguished in .22 rifle, large bore rifle and pistol.
I knew he worked/retired for Pan Am, had a jewelry making business, an import business, along with his Gunsmith business.
Also a golfer, and 3rd degree Black Belt in Karate, NRA instructor.
    Good number of people there.
    I will miss him.

I’m sorry to hear of his passing. Met him at Perry when he did his 1911 gunsmithing classes. Highlight was when he let me shoot the Dragon Gun on the practice range. I still have the Tee shirt that had his pic on it for the class.
    He will be missed.
