    Hearing Protectors

I have two pairs of Peltor Shotgun muffs, and I really like them because they are slim. I use ear plugs with them, but I shoot rifles from a bench and find the slim muffs work for me.

However, Peltor does not make these anymore, and I was looking for new hygiene pads cause mine are split open. Peltor makes a new model Shotgun II, but the manufacturer can't tell me if the new ear pads will fit the old model.

So wondering if anyone has the new model and if they are similar to the old.

Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and buy new ones.

Have you thought about the custom fit ear plugs? They are form fitted to your ear. Little expensive but my son and I have them and I wear them all the time. I use the bone conduction headphones with them. Works great except wish they had longer battery time.
