Some of you may have seen this item on the Antique Reloading Tool site, But I'll ask again here. Two questions. Between the time the tong tools were supplied with separate decapper slugs and the advent of the multi purpose decapper (CMR) that decapped, neck expanded and neck resized in one die, were the single purpose decappers made with different sized decapper stem threads? And, were there separate decappers made for pistol and rifle applications?
