Green hands down!!! I used red fiber optic’s in competition for years as my eyes aged I realized I can pick up green front sights much faster . Live and learn.

Hi-Viz Green. Red doesn't work well at all for me since I'm red color deficient. Looks almost same as dirt backstop.
