    WTB .358 200 gr RN

As the title says, I’m looking for some 200 gr Rn jacketed bullets for 35 rem load. Let me know what you have.
    Thanks, Dale

As many as I can scrounge up honestly. I haven’t seen any in stock for a long while anywhere.

MidwayUSA has Hornady .358 200 grain FlexTip bullets in stock. They can be fired through a lever gun and my experience with them has been that they can be pretty accurate. Can you use them?

If you are running a 35 Rem, you might use the 200-210 grain flatnose cast boolits on game with the same effect as jacketed bullets. Matt's Bullets 205 grain(.359 or .360 if requested) works well, GT bullets also lists a 200 grain and 220 grain cast hollowpoint that should also work. Are you shooting deer or bigger stuff?

Mostly deer w it. I have some lead cast currently but want to have some jackets on hand. I know I don’t NEED them for deer but I would like to find some if I’m able.

Back in the mid 80s I had a Marlin (IIRC) lever gun in 35 Rem. I only kept it for a couple of years, but I shot a couple of deer with it in PA gun season. I loaded some rounds up using Hornady 180g XTP bullets and the shot pretty well out of the gun and performed well on the deer. I’m only offering this so you might have a “back-up” plan if you can’t find what you’re looking for. Good luck.

This is where I order my custom 358 jacketed bullets from. He can make round nose ones.
