Boy, it was 11 years ago when I proposed this boolit https://castboolits.gunloads.com/sho...ty-brass-mould :

Anyhow, idea was to use cuter for famous Keith's H&G #503 (for 44 Magnum, Keith designed disappointed with late Lyman 429421), and create 45 cal boolit. Since Miha at mp-molds.com/ makes molds using profile end milling cutter, any cavity larger than basic end mill dia could be created, so I proposed 45-503-SWC as a group buy, 25 (if I remembered correctly) members here expressed interest, and Miha agreed to make molds. If I have it right, weight is about 285 grains, and meplat dia about .317".

To make long story short, I never had a chance to test this boolit, and the only gimps about how it worked is in one post above.

If any of you ever used this boolit, I would like to hear how it performed, what kind of loads were used and velocity and accuracy you are getting.

Many thanks, Onty
