    saeco round ball mold

I have a saeco mold marked 310. Double cavity round ball mold and on calipers appears .317? Anyone know about this mold? No info anywhere about these online that I could find.

    Greetings,

Cast a few with Pure Lead. It shrinks quite a bit.

    Cheers,

    Dave

.315" is a standard size for 32 caliber muzzleloaders. .320" is pretty typical for a 31 or 32 caliber cap and ball, and also happens to be 0 buckshot. There's lot of variations as well. Lee makes .310", .311", and .319".

It sounds to me you have a pretty typical 32 caliber muzzleloader ball mold.
