I can get onto the site with my iPad but my iPhone and Windows PC both have the password rejected. Anyone else having similar problems?

need to verify your user name is correct
on the PC you can get rejected if your date/time is too far off from server
My user name was correct. I was logged on with my iPad. Time on the PC matched the correct time. Decided to do a reset. Thanks!
