VihtaVouri 3N37 in 41Mag

I've found one "published" (http://www.gmdr.com/lever/lowveldata.htm ) load for VV 3N37 in the 41 mag (5-9gr pushing a 215 gr SWCBB for 730 to 1314 fps)from a Marlin 1894S. I'm not sure how relevant that is.

What I'm looking for is a safe recipe using 3N37 from which to start for the 231gr PB CB's (Saeco #410) out of my M57.

Is the velocity generated by common loads of H110 inappropriate for a plain base 100% WW CB?

As a reference only, Sierra 5th shows 9.1 - 10.0 grains Viht 3N37 with their 210 gr JHC bullet for velocity range of 1,000 - 1,150 fps fired from a 6" S&W 57.
