Point form die Bungie set up

BUNGIE MUST BE SET UP PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES OR DAMAGE TO POINT FORM DIE MAY OCCUR

Here is info on proper set up of the small bungie used on my point form dies to keep the internal ejection pin up and out of the way during bullet formation. Previous dies have used either an internal or external spring, this new set up with a small bungie cord is much better, just be sure you always have it attached to the upper arm of the auto eject when using the die.

Here you can see the bungie cord and how it is attached to the ejection rod on the top of the die but not attached to auto eject...

here it is properly attached. Simply wrap bungie up and over top arm of auto eject then attach to ejection pin as shown.

When at top of the stroke of press the top arm of auto eject will pull up on ejection pin as shown below, notice the 1/4" gap between top of ejection pin and flat bolt. This setup works perfect every time.
