I have a bunch of WWC 9MM brass, as i was running through the sizing die I got to wondering if they have crimped primers?

Concur. Crimped pockets. If it were me I’d trade them 2 for 1 for uncrimped commercial.

All I ever saw was crimped. However, some of the 9mm primer pockets were so lightly crimped that just decapping removed enough of the crimp to allow repriming.

    Not all by any means.

I made a mistake they are WWC. I do see a small ring around the primer pocket. What a mistake i made they are mixed up with my Winchester brass. i see lots of sorting in my future.

I would run them all through the decrimper/pocket swager, it’ll probably be faster than sorting them.

Since I am ankle deep in 9mm at the range I toss these 9mm.

Sell them for scrap or trade for lead at your local recycler.

I just primed 500 cases of mixed HS 9mm and about 10-15 cases were WCC, which are indeed crimped. I save whatever I can in a ziplock bag to swage/flare the crimps out later.

I have some headstamped WCC, but I've had them quite a while. I haven't found a crimped primer pocket yet.

I'll take em all of them you got.
WCC - Crimped - Winchester Cartridge Corp
    WMA - Crimped - Winchester

    TZZ - Crimped IMI ammo

no biggie here, got fat 50 cans with them, just another step.

off subject: just run across a few 1.000 of LC12 5.56 that are Staked / stabbed crimp
    while packing up.

Actually, WCC is Western Cartridge Co. At one time they partnered with Winchester, hence the W-W headstamp. It is very good brass that will last you a long time. The field issue ammo usually has crimped primer pockets, while the match ammo does not. I have never seen match military in 9mm.
