had a thought after seeing the homemade gun in japan, what do you think of putting a model rocket igniter in the flash hole of a flinter. do you think it would work, how about accuracy. i know, really not much benefit as its so easy to make powder but it has intrigued me.

The rocket igniter can be made to work on both Flinters and percussion.
It will be a chore to change it out between shots.
And they are not always a instant fire when you put the electricity to them.
They work fine for rockets.
But I see no advantage to using them in a gun.
Plus they may run up the cost of shooting.
But get a Federal Permit and make a bazooka.
Those rocket igniters might work good on a BP cannon.
i know they work good for oxy/act bombs, a friend told me
