Scope Base Mount for Win Model 70 - Fit Old or New?

I have a Burris one piece bridge base mount for dovetail rings that supposedly fits a Win model 70. I've been looking around & apparently there is a different screw spacing between old & new Mod 70's(?) How do I tell what I have? No numbers or codes that I can find on the base. TIA for your help!

Do you have the gun available to overlay it?
“You should tell someone what you know. There should be a history, so that men can learn from it.

He smiled. “Men do not learn from history. Each generation believes itself brighter than the last, each believes it can survive the mistakes of the older ones. Each discovers each old thing and they throw up their hands and say ‘See! Look what I have found! Look upon what I know!’ And each believes it is something new.

No, that's the problem. I want to sell or give it to someone but don't know exactly what I have.

If it's a pre war it take a special mount, no holes in the top of the rear bridge. And if it is please don't drill holes.
