These two measures function and are complete, except for drop tube(s).
Both have brass powder reservoirs and caps
These are priced at $65 each plus shipping and insurance if desired.
Or, $125 for both, shipped and insured within USA.
Buying protocol is “first I’ll take” it, followed by PM to me.

I cannot comment on ease of operation(spring tension) as I have never used either of these.
