WTB--In need of a balance scale...

Im in the market for a new balance scale. Preference for all metal construction over made in US of A. Perfect scale would be both, must be new. Largest cartrige I load is 30-06. So 100 grains is pleanty.

The Hornady scale is made in USA, but appears to have a plastic body...

Rcbs looks plastic, but made in China...

Lee, ugh, nope. Had one, thru it out.

Know of one that im over looking?

Hornady scale is made of aluminum in the US. The Redding #2 Master Balance Beam Mechanical Powder Scale is made of steel in USA.

I collect powder scales ... and I believe you would love an RCBS 304 Scale made by Oahus ....You would be ready for any caliber then...

Go to Ebay, type in "reloading scales Used" : Get you an Ohaus 505 or an RCBS 10-10 made by the same. A real Gem and the final say. Circa 1970's.
