A carriage bolt from the hardware store along with some automotive valve lapping compound will work just fine.
I’m shortening a barrel and facing it then cutting it to 11 degrees. I should have clarified sorry
That is usually done in a lathe.
I have a lathe just trying to avoid taking the barrel off
