    full bore mp molds slugs

    Anyone using 12 gauge full bore Lyman type slugs from MP Molds????? Results please.

    for the cost of my lyman 12 gauge pellet mould I should have engaged my brain, exercised some impulse control, spent a couple extra dollars and bought the MP. MP moulds are superb.

    I'm very curious as well.

    I swear 95% of my battles are with getting proper fit and column height using lee slugs and currently available wads. And those loads would likely be very shotgun specific for fitment.

    Having a full bore slug and various wads would be pretty simple.

    My hesitations stem from the likelihood of skirt collapse and the fact that it's a 1.5oz hunk of recoil generating lead.

    That skirt is fairly thick. Besides, I’d never had an issue with skirt collapse with standard 525’s
