    Looking at old Mossberg

Lgs has a Mossberg 190 bolt action 16 g for 50 bucks, but it is missing clip.Wish it was another gauge since I don't have loading tools for 16g. Also they have H & R Huntsman 12 gauge blackpowder shotgun, but it was $300.00 to rich for my blood!

Be careful clips will cost as much no clip I would only pay 25-30 bucks.

I bid on clips alone for that reason alone.

I like bolt action shotguns. They are the poor people's weapon!

Yes ,I see those clips not cheap. And the model 190 was made 1950-1955 only in 16 gauge.Cost like $23.50 back in the day.

I like bolt action shotguns also. I picked up a Stevens 20ga. x 3" with variable choke for $75.00, without a clip, then payed another $40.00 for a clip. Still was a good deal.

I absolutely LOVE 16-gauge guns. I have them in 14 different flavors! There are a number of people who still sell shells for it and I think that Lee still makes their shotgun press in 16 ga.. Here is a link to 16ga.com.

Heck, I think I'll buy the Mossberg I can always shoot one shell at a time.Looking around reloading room I found some 16 g paper shells and a few slugs. That will get me started.

That's pretty much how I ended up with 14 of them...
