De-Prime Punch for Texan M-II/M-IIa Progressive shotshell press

Howdy. Just picked up one of these beasts and am in the middle of a complete refurb. I intend to use it, as these are great machines. But it is missing the de-prime punch so won't be able to start racing without it. I have lots of Texan single-stage shotshell press parts if needed to trade, but definitely NEED this 12-ga de-prime punch for my Texan. Thanks.

I'm not that familiar with the Texan but there is a company making a tapered de-primer punch for other machines. P W, Mec, would it fit or could it be modified?

Do you need the whole thing or just the replaceable punch itself? I have 2 Texans and love them(most of the time). Sure beat my Mec's when it comes to making lots of shells. It might be a good idea to mount it on top of a baking pan to catch the errant powder and shot, that WILL end up on the bench when you forget and pull the handle with no shell in that spot!

It's a single piece rod, threaded 1/2-20 at one end and the primer knockout punch at the other. If I had a lathe I'd make one. But I'm lathe- and friends-with-lathes deficient at this point in time.

The Ultimate Primer Punch. Type it in on your search and it should come up.

The company's name is Creative Reloading Solutions.

Ah, okay, that guy. Yea, won't thread in (wrong size) and him making one special would be more expensive than me making my own (somehow).

I think I have one - may take a few days to dig things out.

Yea, shouldn't be too hard. Piece of 1/2 steel rod, threaded 1/2-20 on one end and contoured like a depriming punch on the other. I'll need to figure the length. Hardened tip?
