    All that bother and at $.04 above lead price? I would not pay 1/2 of what he is asking transportation and hours of work to get ready to pour boolits ,Naa make that 30% of asking price. Bet he has it a long time.

    Vapour Pressure pretty well explains some of the stuff
    you see in Explosive Material Tables .

    HAVING this knowledge:
    "lead azide"(PbN3) is a nice example:
    "when it goes BANG assume all the Pb (LEAD) is in the vapour phase!"

    MATH verked out great for ME waaay back in my
    [basement / back porch] primer lab days....
