Kahr Arms — guess who owns it?

….along with a BUNCH of gun brands. I couldn’t believe it when I read who owned it. Since a lot of us are of the age to remember them…..

They own themselves. The Kahr Firearms Group owns Auto Ordinance, Magnum Research, and few smaller companies. Justin Moon is a very smart owner and businessman.

Back in day Mr. Moon the old man blessed AR-15's. I think they see guns for what they are just another piece of equipment just like a car, truck or wrench.

He is the son of Rev Moon not the founding father. He has been quiet as to if he ever practiced that religion as an adult. On the other hand, most of us know very little about who starts many of the products we use.

He should consider moving his HQ to a more firearm friendly state.

He did move it, although in my opinion no far enough. They were originally in New York. If it were my company, I'd be moving all the operations to here in the midwest. Taxes, state restrictions, cost of living for the employees, etc are so much better.

I have a couple of Kahr pistols, both are very nice although a bit dated when compared to today's high capacity micro-compacts.

Picked up a K40 about 15 yrs or so ago, one of the nicest trigger pulls out of the box I had ever felt.
