    458 SOCOM bullet mold

Looking for a bullet mold suitable for use with the 458 SOCOM. Would like it to be around 350 grain and with a gas check, but open to anything that shoots good. Would also like it to cast .459" diameter bullets, but will consider all. If you have one that worked and shot good in this caliber I am interested....Thanks in advance for reading this!!!!!

As an FYI I use 458 SOCOM for subsonic suppressed hog hunting in areas with sound issues if shots heard during night. Using 500 grain cast HP and 550 grain cast RNFP that at 1,050 fps are super quiet and drop hogs like.Thor's Mighty Hammer.
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions. 2 Timothy 4:3

This is an easy one, NOE HTC459-354-FN-BU5 https://noebulletmolds.com/site/shop...5-2-cavity-gc/

This is my go to bullet for the .458 SOCOM, I shoot this bullet all the time. I PC them and with a gas check they come out to 355-360grs. I get great results in my RRA .458 SOCOM upper.

Here is the bullet coated in PC and loaded in both the 45-70 and the SOCOM. This bullet shoos awesome in the 45-70 as well.

How, exactly, do you "neck size" a bullet???? Can you please explain??? Thanks!!!

Love that cast bullet profile, except I would probably get it without the GC. Since you PC, you won't get any leading either way. BTW, how fast you push it?

If you're still looking for a mold I got one in great condition, I got it part of bundle and cast some just to see if there are any issues and there are none, drops beautiful bullets. It sells new at NOE $133 plus shipping + tax.

    PM me if interested.
