    WTB/WTT 6.5 Carcano brass

Can't find any place that has any in stock.
Looking for 40 to 560 of them.
    Would rather trade for them.

Last resort - convert milt brass to boxer --
If i recall correctly, from the late 50s --- italian brass is a berdan size between boxer small and large, about 204 or so -- also just drilled out and used shotshell primers -- all a bit of bother though --

Can't 30/06 brass be used if the rims are turned down?

Tomorrow I am picking up a fairly large stash of ammo and reloading from my buddy's widow.
I know I saw some ammo, brass and En blocks in the mix. Remind me latter in the week to find them.

if you have a lathe the easiest way to make 6.5 or 7.5 carcano brass is from 220 swift brass. you will have to turn down the rims and also deepen the extractor groove. as for opening up the necks, you can use the 6.5 carcano sizing die but use lot's of lube on the case necks,. HTH
