    40 S&W Brass for 45 Frangible Bullets

I am considering using 40 brass to make 45 frangible bullets.
They are going in a sabot for use in a black powder rifle.
Nose forming may be tricky and I wonder if a wadcutter nose will work?

I found a set of Corbin 45 RN dies that I did not know that I had!
I swaged the shot into a core and put it in the 45 nose forming die and a nice frangible 240gr bullet came out!
The opening in the tip is small so the next one will be more open!

Swage the shot into the jacket, form about 1/2 of the nose, then drop in an airsoft BB and finish the nose profile.
