Bayou Brass & Bullets Copper Checks

Anybody used these checks ? I just ordered some for .348 Winchester @ $26 per 1000 . Any feedback from past or present users would be appreciated.

    I got into a group buy a few years ago . I ordered 2000 30 cal and 35 cal .
After seeing the prices of Lyman/ Hornady checks ... I thought that group buy was a great deal and upped my order to 6000 each cal . Now because they were so reasonable I assumed they were aluminum ... but what the heck !
When they arrived they were made by Bayou Brass & Bullets and were all copper .
Been using the last 5 - 6 years , 100% satisfaction ... 30 cal. checks fit my Lee 30 cal . and 303 British cast boolits and 35 cal fit my Lyman and NOE 9mm Luger and 357 magnum cast boolits .
Sized properly for those shanks and snap on for lube/sizing with a Lyman 450 .
I would buy them again and give the a Five Star Rating .

Yup, Ive used somewhere around 4000 of the 22 cal checks. Still have about 1000 left before I get super serious about punching my own.

I don’t believe they are. They apply like Hornady checks, they don’t have an "edge" to crimp into the shank.

I would agree with this. I ordered some 22 from sage's (gator) and some from Bayou. Bayou took a month to deliver, but the checks are very nice and I'd say the internal dimensions on the cup are slightly larger than gators.

My .348's were here in a bit less than a week . They are supposed to be locally made if I read right . Haven't got a mold yet so have not used any but they look great.
