    WTT--This is actually free

I realize few individuals reload shot gun shells with paper hulls but I hate to throw them away with out asking. I have about 750 Federal Gold Metal 12 gr. paper hulls from my trap/skeet shooting and they are in nice condition. If you are local to the St. Louis ,Mo. area they are free for local pick up. If not and you are still interested I will consider stacking them in a med. flat rate box and you pay the shipping cost. Can get about 250 count in the med. box. I think med. box cost is about $16.00 but I am not sure. Thanks

    Questions answered:
    1. Federal still loads a paper hull for trap/skeet shooting and they charge a premium price for them.
    2. These hulls were fired from the same gun and for the most part never hit the ground.
    3. These hulls are clean, brass is still clean and shines, star crimp. maroon in color.
    4. Shooting paper hulls always brings back my very early days of field hunting, something about that smell for a shot paper hull.

There is no problem so great, that it cannot be solved by the proper application of high explosives.

If they are the Federal trap shells I loaded 45+ years ago, they will be a 6 point star crimp. And they smell great when you shoot them. If I didn't have several thousand AA hulls already, I'd be tempted to grab a box just for the nostalgia.

And for the preppers, these load great with the old Lee Whack-A-Mole loader.

Hope this doesn't get the Whack-A-Mole for being discussion

Ditto above. Old Fed Paper Hulls were GREAT ! Loaded like a charm, smooth & slick on my old mec. Used the same Red Dot Load, AA Wad & 1 1/8 dose of 7.5 shot. Did not have to change anything from the RED AA plastic hull. Bonus: the trap boys gave the paper hulls away, the sorted plastic hulls we had to tip them 5 bucks a box full. uncle mike

I’ve just been cutting down plastic hulls. Would like some retro stuff.
