Don't forget that there is also Gordon's Reloading Tool for those poor enough not to be able to afford QuickLoad. Not to detract from QL as it is fantastic and i have my own copy, but GRT has become a fantastic professional alternative.
It has been a while, however I finally made it out to the range.
The target shows a 100 Yard group.
Sierra Sports Master 300gr sized down to .446"
IMR-3031
-60gr
Remington 9 1/2 LR Primer
moving at a 10 shot average of 2406fps
I am not sure why the other images of the Boolit Loads did not attach correctly, I will have to re take those pictured and upload them again here soon.
Thank you to everyone for your help.
I also am still not really sure how to use QL there does not seem to be many tutorial videos on how to use the program..... anyone with experience willing to show me a few things? i would be greatly appreciative!
The accuracy of " Elephant rifles" continues to amaze me. Good shooting.

Found some load data from COTW May help to give you a base line.
Scan 2.pdf
That’s some cool data from COTW book! That 3031 load data is vastly different glad I had someone with QL to help with load development.
For the 400gr “Condom” boolits I’m using 52gr 3031 for an average of 2036fps
