    Ideal 395 38

    Got this Ideal mould, 395 38, don't know where/when or for what. It is an adjustable mould but what is it? Can't find it on the internet or the old Ideal catalogs online. First set of numbers is caliber? but 395? It appears to be a handgun bullet but adjustable for length/weight. Also has the number 662 on the mould. Ignorant question probably but I do ignorant real easy.
