    Smile .357 Magnum sizing questions

A .358 ZZ minus pin gauge will fit all my revolver throats, with minimal diffferences in force. My boolit caster's standard sizing is .359. If I order the .359 projectiles, can I shoot them as received, or is it better to run them through my Lee .358 sizing die and relube with BLL or another potion of choice, or does it matter for .001?

I would suggest resizing to fit the throat.

Also, if you have uneven throats, groups will never be as good as all the throats honed to the same size.

As far as using .359" if they chamber shoot them.
Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer? Load a few at .359" and if they chamber easily , then do a little test shooting for accuracy with a favorite load ... they might do just fine or better than expected .
There is no predicting what a revolver will like ...they're like wives and women in general when it comes to likes and dislikes ! I haven't figured them out yet .

Remember to check the finished sized diameter, after sizing, & 2 weeks later. Different alloys spring back after sizing. Some more then others.
