I often google adding the word "nomenclature" as in "mill nomenclature" or "lathe nomenclature" to learn the name of machine components.
If you're lookin for machinist terms, try searching for just that, or try "metalworking terminology"
You'll probably have to read through quite a bit of different stuff to find what you're looking for, but a lot of it will come handy later.
I used to follow a machinist group, back when UseNet was still a thing. Learned a lot of expressions (and slang) there.

I learn a lot of French words for things by looking through what’s for sale on the French Ebay site.
I'm sure those of us who were in the trade would be glad to translate.
I knew a little using a laser cutting machine. Simple cuts were easy. Engineering did the others and I downloaded the programs.G code
Most of the tanks are gone and the windows don't rattle anymore. I won't be able to sleep now.
"UNOBTANIUM" is a metal you can't get, or is very hard to get.
Anything with "IUM" at the end is a Metal.
I don't speak French so I can translate anything to that language.
