    The membership here...

About three weeks ago I bought a Miller-F Farrow actioned rifle in .348 Winchester. A good friend's son made the action and then built the rifle.

I advertised here for "the fixins", dies, brass, and bullets. You guys came through for me, as you have for many others using the want ads.

    thank you all,

    Rich

If the continuation of the "...." wasn't something along the lines of "are the best members of any gun forum on the web" I would have been shocked. I'm on one other forum regularly, but you have to sift through the jerks and blowhards. I've never encountered that here. This one is my favorite.

I'm happy for ya, but I have some lingering doubts about any site that would allow me to be a member.

This is a great site and I have been able to obtain some items that are difficult to find. Everyone has been very helpful.

Idaho - glad the you were able to get what you needed.

I agree with you 200% - great members here. I have also received help from others when I was looking for certain things and in return, always try to help another member out if I have something they need. That's what it's all about . . . whether information, help with an issue or needing something to get started such as dies, brass or whatever . . . it just doesn't get any better that the members of this site.

You know the members here have to be "different". I get some funny looks when I mention that I cast and shoot my own bullets.

Idaho, Buffalo Big Bore has some really good 348 Win ammo. Only problem is it is 5 bucks a bang. Enjoy your new gun.

HOLY SMOKES! About 15+ years ago I ran across a deal on 2 boxes of .348 Buffalo Bore. Just went to the shop to check if it was still there. Two boxes, one still sealed, the other has 19 rounds and one empty. I'm 101% sure I didn't pay anywhere near $100 for each of those boxes.

    NO! Not for sale.

All my shooting of the Browning Miroku 71 has been with a 250 gr boolit from a Mountain Mold.
