WTB Springfield Model 1865 First Allen Con. Caliber .58

    Good Morning
As the title reads caliber .58. Not 50-70. The Caliber .58 has the CW barrel for the Minnie slug.
Most (maybe all) have an 1865 lock plate. The "trapdoor" is a slightly different shape than all the other Trapdoor Rifles.
If your barrel as been slightly shortened that is OK by me. I am a "Shooter" and not a collector. So if your barrel is about 36" or longer that is fine. Not real interested in a "cut down" rifle into a carbine..... well maybe....
Most likely will have a rim fire breech block which is normal.
Dings, scrapes, and so forth are little issue. Function and a good barrel with sights if possible.
Just want to fire one and maybe pop a corn cruncher or three.
    Thank you.....

You realise that is a 58 rimfire cartridge.
Where are you getting 58 rimfire?
I have a first Allen conversion, that I have not shot in almost 60 years due to ammo being impossible to fine.
The stuff is collector ammo today.
