    Nice. I love he aught six. Was my first high power hunting rifle. Would group a Sierra 220 grain round nose 5 shot group at 100 yards that could be covered with a dime.

    I had a trip to RSA, birds and plains game, called the PH, asked which rifle should I bring. You have an 06 yes, bring it and 180s. So later I asked him why he said the 06….said if you get separated from your ammo, during the trip, we have it and the 06 will take care of any thin skinned game. The 06 is popular because it works. I have four including a pre WWII M-70 Win.
