I'm thinking about buying my first suppressor! I'd like to get a threaded 45-70 lever gun and shoot subsonic loads.
Any recommendations for a good suppressor?

Plastic soda bottle? Works in the movies....
Stop being blinded by your own ignorance.
I remember adaptors for threading on an oil filter.
You might be able to find what you're looking for at Silencer Central Sioux Falls SD. I show a show on that business.
Two years ago I used my Rugged Obsidian 45 Suppressor on my CVA Scout 45-70 deer hunting. I was shooting a 405gn cast powder coated bullet with a small charge of Red Dot. I remember that the load was hearing safe. A benefit of using the pistol can is the light weight.

I have a silencerco Hybrid 46 which is a sealed unit. Ok with jacketed or powder coated but not with cast. If you're going to mostly be shooting cast I'd look at one that is user serviceable.
I would call Silencer Shop with your proposed use. Those guys are incredible. They also have a live chat option that is very useful. They will definitely give you options and some things to consider that you may not have even thought about yet.
Basically it's like anything else - if you want knowledge; get it from someone who does it for a living.

who you gonna send the lever gun to get threaded?
Get a suppressor that is user serviceable
I have a Bowers Vers 50 I use for 10" barrel 458 SOCOM with lots of coated projectiles. It is not user serviceable, but when I inspected it with a borescope it looks fine. If I ever need it cleaned, I can send it back to Bowers for a minimal fee.
If you are using it on a lever action rifle that is not SBR'd, it is a LOT of weight hanging way out front. Look for something lightweight. It does balance nicely on the 10" barrel AR platorm.
I dont really consider it "hearing safe" for more than 1 or 2 rounds using powders that will still cycle an AR. But is a single shot (or lever action) you have a much better selection of powders to reduce the muzzle pressure and improve the Shush-factor.

I don't have any experience with supressors, but I love my 45-70.
I know that slow and heavy is the recommendation for suppressed loads, but the drop after 100 yards with a 45-70 is going to be ridiculous. Looking at a 17" drop between 100 and 150 yards with a 405gr at 900 fps.

...Speak softly & carry a big stick...
I’ve had my first year Guide Gun in 45/70 shortened and threaded for a suppressor about 8 years ago (before factory threading was available).
The only suppressor I had at the time that was in caliber was a Bowers CAC 45 that I ran on my MAC 10.
It’s huge and whisper quiet with subsonic ammo but unless you have a subgun I share it only as an example of a can not to use as there are better options out there (most have already been mentioned).
I killed a few hogs using it on my Marlin and it worked really well but transitioned to a smaller 45 caliber pistol can for subsonic work that has been trouble free.
A bit off topic, but I would look for a suppressor that has a great warranty, and has been in business for a long time. I purchased a rebel suppressor and had a baffle strike on the last baffle. As best as I can find out Rebel suppressor lost their license or what ever it was that allowed them to manufacture suppressors. So now I have a suppressor that cost about 500 plus the 200 for the tax stamp and out 9+ months of wait time for a suppressor that will not longer work.
Silencerco Hybrid 46. With the proper adapters it will fit from any 22 cal centerline all the way to 46 caliber rifle or pistol.
Jacketed or powdercoated
