Any one know what the Alcan #241 primers were used for? Picked up a can at a gunshow.They measure .240 in diameter with my gauge, same as 209 primer.But they are shorter in height.just asking!

Ya, I have a 20 gauge brass shell from Italy that takes a berdan primer.heading to reloading room to see if Alcan 241 will work in primer pocket.thank you
Up date on primers,they have a anvil in them so not berdan.
