I got a decent cutter at Hobby Lobby, after cutting I tumble them in a Harbor Freight rock tumbler.

I use a set of the curved pruning shears, then cut as close as possible to the buckshot. Put them in a double drum Harbor Freight tumbler, run them for as long as it takes to get them round as possible. If you want to graphite them, just put a SMALL amount of powdered graphite in with them.
I firmly believe that you should only get treated by how you act, not by who or what you are!!

The cutters Minerat linked to are in common use by electronics techs and hobbyyists. I have two or three sets of them. They are known as 'Flush Cutters'. Short, pointed, sharp blades with longer handles for leverage. Designed for cutting copper wire, lead sprues should be no problem.

Walmart cat nail clippers the plier looking ones . Cheap solution snapped about right for the ball curve .

I super glued two small pieces of wood across from each other inside the barrel. They're maybe 1/4 thick x 1/2 wide. It really speeded things up.
