    WTB: Hawken .50 flinter kit

Got a buddy who is in the market for a Hawken (or is it Hawkin?) .50 caliber rifle kit. Left-handed, flintlock only.

Let me know what y'all have please, thanks.

One of the times it pays to be a lefty….in stock and ready to build:

And the Gemmer Hawken, too…wow. Maybe I’ll start shooting wrong handed. I think the Gemmer is a much cooler looking gun. All that brass gets gaudy looking to me at times.

There is one on GB but it’s hitting the 1k mark. I missed out on a buy now option and have been beating myself up all week about it.

Them are cool looking rifles, but they're both percussion. Want flint, dudes. Yer both less than perfect.

Jeez…sorry…I’m brain dead today. I’ve been looking for a cap rifle for myself so I must’ve subconsciously linked to them…try this

And my spiel on the Gemmer still applies even if it’s a rock sparker…

Kibler sells kits, but I don't know about left handed.

No sweat, thanks Rob. Anybody got a kit they were gonna someday make and didn't and want to sell?
