    WTS--Barrels

    Savage 308 S/S barrel. Heavy/Bull, 24”. 1 in 10 twist. Unknown manufacture. $150

    Savage 30-06 Factory barrel. Blued, 22”. $30

    Savage 30-06 factory barrel. Exterior polished – in the white. $40

    Savage 25-06 barrel. Fluted, heavy, muzzle brake, bluing wear, 26” w/brake. $130

    SPF Savage 6.5-284 barrel. 27”, S/S, heavy. $165 SPF

    Mauser 98 barrel in 30-06. Blued, 24”, .55” @ muzzle/sporter weight. Sight holes. Unknown mfg. $80

    Ruger 77 S/S barrel in 7 Rem Mag. 24”. $50

    Taurus 357 mag barrel for model 66. Blued, no sight. 4”. $20

    If the 6.5x284 is a good clean barrel inside, throat not shot out, and is a small shank, I will take it.

    All barrels have been looked at with a bore cam, by my local 'smith. The 25-06 is the only one that showed wear. Guessing 800-1000 rds left, before a set back is needed.
    All Savages are small shank. The Mauser is a Large

    More pix of the 6.5-284 and 25-06

    25-06 barrel has 5.5" from breech to beginning of flutes
    6.5-284 barrel is .805" at the muzzle and is 26.75" long
