Where is you located? I’ve got a couple old bags I never see me using. May even be a bit oxidized, I’ll have to open the bags to check

Been busy today, didn't get a chance to check shot condition. Does it matter? I loaded up some oxidized #8 for clays, shoots fine, just blew the loose powder out. I don't know how much fits in a SFRB, but for $8.65 shipping, it would kill a lot of tree rats. MFRB would hold dang neared a whole bag.

SFRB will hold approximately 16# shot without bulging.

You can easily judge the character of others by how they treat those who they think can do nothing for them.

So, izzat the SFRB or MFRB. Don’t want to upset the postal employees if we don’t have too. I’d let the 16# go for $25, shipping included. That would make it about $45/bag, what you could buy local for if you could find it .

This is discussion, which isn't allowed, but oxidized shot is nasty stuff, the oxide is what gets on your hands and in your lungs. Handle it carefully.

You can spray a teaspoon of WD-40 into a container and seal it, then roll it around to coat the oxidized lead and keep it from getting in the air. It doesn't take much. After opening it up and looking at it if you see anymore dust, squirt it again.

Being one with elevated lead levels, I suspect this is part of my problem was handling oxidized lead. As the doc said, go with the 3D prescription, "Don't Do Dat!"

    Couldn't keep my mouth shut

It has lost its dark shiny look, but no major oxidation and zero dust. I’m having issues uploading a pic from my phone. If you would PM me your email or cell #, I’d send ya the pic I got.
