    Odd looking RCBS powder measure

The powder measure pictured is being offered on fleabay as an RCBS Uni-Flow with box, but it doesn't look like any RCBS powder measure I've seen. Is it a variation of a Little Dandy or something else? I suspect the seller assumed RCBS because of the RCBS box.
Just a curiosity for me with no interest other than that.

That is a very rare Herter’s Model 39 measure in the 234 turret press mount.
The Model 39 is commonly seen, but almost never in this mount.
The 39 is a very nice measure for handgun and small rifle use.

    Thanks Ken,

those two offset baffles appear to be a molded part of the hopper, or do they only appear so?

They are molded in and are a staple of nearly all Herter's powder measures.
