    Master caster lead not flowing

I have a master caster , I’ve put a new orifice plate to match the double Mould .
But apart from a very tiny tendril no lead is coming out.
    Suggests, thoughts

It could be plugged with debris, or the temperature isn't high enough to allow the alloy to flow. I made a tool with a wire just under the size of the orifice bent at a 90 Degree angle to clear debris. Sometimes, hitting the orifice with a propane torch will take care of freeze ups after adding more alloy to the melt which has lowered the temperature in the pot.

    Hope this helps.

Have you tried adjusting the plunger, lever travel, etc?
